Hello, my name Shadow (my codename, for i don't want to be stalked by any of you weird and deprived people out there) and work for The Fears. If you don't know what those are, there basically manifestations of Humanities fears. Currently, i serve The Blind Man (the Fear of memory, getting old, and forget) as a temperately... organizer. I'm a freelance servant of the fear (so i don’t have to go through that stupid hive mind biz/whatever else they do to there assorted cultists, servants, and afflicted humans. It's a pretty good gig, if you don't mind the eldritch. Some of you readers might consider me a traitor for working with those whom use human ls as playthings, but some of them are usually pretty nice, depending on what reality you exist in. in this blog, I'm going to public documents about the Fears (including ones that are not well known yet, so wo ho for the runner community) and Unexplained Phenomena (UXPs), collected by me and The Blind man. Colloquial Terms: The Ivory Woman, The Conspiracy, White Zone, The White Queen, The Butterfly.
Physical Description: PRE26 appears as either an animate full size two dimensional outline, white in color, much like chalk in appearance, of a woman, a Three dimensional women shaped white void with the ability to move about, or as as an unknown type of pure white butterflies (in a swarm or singular), or a 2-D and 3-D void/outline versions of the latter form. In the two dimensional form, it usually appears on walls and other surfaces. the outline is actually a window to a white void, and due to this and its other forms, this might connect it with PRE19.
Behavioral Characteristics: Very little is known about its behavior, however it is known that it causes accidents directed towards specific targets.
